Conditions Applicable

a) Above rates shown in the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement are excluding

Green Tax and US $ 6 per person per night is chargeable (applicable for infants, children and adults). It will be

added to the final invoice.

b) Room rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of Service Charge & 12% Government tax and noncommissionable.

Maximum Permitted occupancies:

Room rate calculations should be selected by following the below room sharing arrangements.

• Single Room = 01 Adult

• Double Room = 02 Adults OR 01 Adult + 01 Child OR 01 Adult + 02 Children OR 02 Adults + 01 Child OR 02

Adults + 02 Children

• Triple Room = 03 Adults

Pricing has to be calculated in line with the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement

seen above.

Check-in and Checkout times:

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs on the date of arrival while the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the date of

departure.

Early check-in from 08:00hrs will be provided free of charge, subject to availability of rooms at the time of arrival to

the resort.

Late check-out from 12:00 – 18:00hrs could be offered dependent on availability and could be confirmed at the

resort during the guest stay. Charges would be as mentioned below

 Until 1500 hrs 30% of 01 days charge

 Until 1700 hrs 50% of 01 days charge

 After 1800 hrs 100% of 01 days charge

Cancellations & No-shows Policy:

Individual Bookings

 Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

 Cancellations within 13 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival 50% of the total will be charged.

 Cancellation within 7 days and below to the date of arrival, No Show bookings and cancellations within the

stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.

Group Bookings (05 rooms and above)

 Cancellation fee will not be charged if group booking is cancelled 60 days prior to the date of arrival and any

refundable payments made would be released.

 Cancellations within 59 to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, will be charged 25% of the full group payment.

 Cancellations within 29 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, will be charged 50% of the full group payment.

 Cancellations within 14 days and below, No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged

for the total stay on the basis booked.

 If any other terms and conditions had been discussed at the time of the booking these should be adhered

accordingly.
