REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

• Rates are Exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% T-GST, Green Tax (USD 6 per person per night). The government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Contracting Partner will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.

• The above rates are on Full Board basis.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 14:00. An overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14:00.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the date of departure.

Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly Villa rate from 12:00 noon until 18:00 and 100% of the nightly Villa rate from 18:00.

MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

• Minimum length of stay for the Peak Season period from 28-Dec-2022 to 08-January-2023 Four (4) consecutive nights per booking.

• Minimum length of stay for the Peak Season period from 23-Dec-2023 to 05-Jan-2024. Four (4) consecutive nights per booking.

• No check-out allowed on 31-December

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low =01-Apr-22 - 31 Oct 22

Shoulder = 01-Nov-22 - 23-Dec-22

High Season =07-Jan-23 - 31 Mar 23

Cancellation received 15 - 30 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% of total room charge

Cancellation received 14 - 00 days prior to the date of arrival: 100% of total room charge

Peak Season = 24-Dec-22 - 06-Jan-23

Cancellation received 31 - 60 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% of total room charge

Cancellation received 30 - 00 days prior to the date of arrival: 100% of total room charge

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION FOR TRANSFERS (2022-2023)

Modification/Cancellation received up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival: free of charge. Modification/Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival or no-show: one way transfer fare (195 USD per adult, 150 USD per child) will be charged.

In the event of a guest name change (for the same dates of travel) received less than 72 hours prior to arrival, 50 USD per person will be charged.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION FOR TRANSFERS (2023-2024)

• Modification/Cancellation received up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival: free of charge.

• Modification/Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival or no-show: one way transfer fare (215 USD per adult, 165 USD per child) will be charged.

In the event of a guest name change (for the same dates of travel) received less than 72 hours prior to arrival, 56 USD per person will be charged.

CHILDREN POLICY

0 - 8.99 Year: free of charge. Green tax applicable for all, domestic transfer charges applicable except for infants aged 0-2 years.

9-11 years: entitled to a Kids rate on the same meal plan booked, green tax and domestic transfer charges applicable.

12 years and above: Adult charges applies

No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the Overwater Villa category, unless parents sign a disclaimer upon check-in.

Honeymoon Offer

Romantic Villa set-up and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room per stay

All guests who have booked a minimum seven-night stay will be provided with a romantic candlelight BBQ dinner on the beach for two, including sparkling wine.

Terms & Conditions:

• This honeymoon offer is valid up to six months after the wedding. A copy of the wedding certificate is required at the time of reservation and should be presented at the time of check-in to be entitled. This offer can be combined with all existing offers
