Contract Terms & Conditions

1. Above are net & non-commissionable villa rates in US$ PER PERSON PER NIGHT for all villas on ‘Atmosphere Kanifushi Plan’ basis .
2. All Rates are Exclusive Of 10% Service Charges, 12% GST & Green Tax
3. The villa rates and extra person supplement are INCLUSIVE OF RETURN LOCAL TRANSFER (35 minutes per way) Airport – Resort – Airport.
4. There are no offers applicable. No Christmas / New Year Gala Dinner Supplement.
5. The rates are valid for all markets EXCEPT Albania, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Taiwan. We have an exclusive contract in the markets stated above and hence the resort should not be promoted, marketed or sold in this specific market.

MEAL PLAN and SERVICES

MEAL PLAN: The ‘Atmosphere Kanifushi Plan’ does not include in-villa dining. Services included within the ‘Atmosphere Kanifushi Plan’ are non-refundable, if not utilized or a service could not be delivered due to weather conditions. The resort reserves the right to make amendment of the ‘Atmosphere Kanifushi Plan’ during the contracting season.

Resort check-in time is at 2PM and check-out time is at 12NOON. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure at an additional cost. The ‘Atmosphere Kanifushi Plan’ privileges, will stop at 11:00HRS on CHECK-OUT day
