REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

2. Above rates are quoted in US Dollars per villa per night inclusive of daily buffet breakfast at Magu Restaurant.
3. Rates are exclusive of the US$ 6.00 government Green Tax per person per night, exclusive of 10% service charge and 12% GST (Tourism Goods and Service Tax).
4. Rates are non- commissionable.
5. Government taxes, fees and charges may change without prior notice. Ayada Maldives reserves the right to amend rates with immediate effect should there be any changes.
6. Minimum mark-up of 10% on the above contracted rates is required on B2B basis only. Rates cannot be used for online sales on any B2C platform

1. Meal plan supplements are based on food only, per person per night. All beverages are charged additionally on Half Board and Full Board meal plans
2. Meal plan basis must be the same for the entire stay
3. HB (dinner) is available at Magu Restaurant o A food credit of USD 50 per adult will be will be provided if guest wish to have dinner at Kai or Ocean Breeze a la carte Restaurants
4. FB (lunch) is available at Zero Degree & Ocean Breeze. Dinner is available at Magu Restaurant - A food credit of USD 50 per adult will be will be provided if guest wish to have dinner at Kai or Ocean Breeze a la carte Restaurants
5. Crystal Package (AI) includes lunch at Zero Degree & Ocean Breeze. Dinner is available at Magu Restaurant. Beverage menu available in all outlets until midnight (supplement is applicable on selected menu items). - A food credit of USD 50 per adult will be will be provided if guest wish to have dinner at Kai or Ocean Breeze a la carte Restaurants
6. Diamond Package (AI) includes lunch at Zero Degree & Ocean Breeze (supplement is applicable on selected menu items). Afternoon tea is available at Zero Degree. Sunset cheese and wine pairing available at Ile de Joie. Shisha available at Ottoman lounge during selected times. Dinner is available at Magu Restaurant (buffet) and specialty restaurants Kai, Mizu and Ocean Breeze (supplement is applicable on selected menu items). Beverage menu available in all outlets until midnight (supplement is applicable on selected menu items) :-
7. Complimentary Diamond Mini Bar replenished daily with beer, wine, soft drinks, water and snacks
8. 1 time complimentary 60 mins Spa treatment per paying adult per stay
9. Two complimentary excursions per person: Aquarium snorkelling and sunset fishing

Transfer Remarks :-

1. Above transfer rates are in US Dollar per person return (MLE-AYADA-MLE)
2. All air services are provided by Island Aviation Services (domestic airline). Above prices are based on Island Aviation Services terms & conditions and are subject to increase if fuel surcharges or any new taxes are imposed.
3. All domestic and speedboat transfers are arranged by Ayada Maldives.
4. All international flights must be advised latest 7 days prior to arrival.
5. The domestic transfer baggage allowance is 20kg per passenger plus hand luggage of 5kg per passenger. Excess baggage will be charged at USD 1 per kg and is subject to space availability and terms & conditions of the air carrier.
6. Domestic transfers are scheduled by IASL, all efforts are made by the resort to schedule the most convenient connecting flights to the Domestic airport
