Property's guest policies
The prices given in the contractual currency USD are deemed to be per person per night. They are net prices and include accommodation, agreed minimum board, 10% Service charge, 12% T -GST and Green Tax of US$06.00 per person per night.
CANCELLATION POLICY
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
The resort has the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax) if the Tour Operator notifies the Resort in writing of the cancellation within 21 to 07 days and 50% within 06 to 03 days. For 02 days or less and No-Shows, 100% of the room rare (excluding Government Green tax) for the whole period of the reservation will be charged.
GROUP BOOKINGS
The Resort has the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax) if the Tour Operator notifies the Resort in writing of the cancellation within 14 to 07 days and 50% within 06 to 03 days. For 02 days or less and No-Shows, 100% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax) for the whole period of the reservation will be charged.
- No Cancellation is charged for the bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.
- Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
- It is an obligation for the agent/operator to obtain the cancellation acknowledgement from the hotel.
- No refund will be made for any under stays. In the event of any under stays, the resort will charge for the entire duration of the stay.
TRANSFER CHARGES (Airport/Bandos/Airport)
Speedboat Transfers - US $77.00 per person. 50% for children (2-11 years) (inclusive of 10% Service Charge and T-GST)
