REMARKS & INCLUSIONS
• All rates are exclusive of 10% service charge and 12% GST. Accommodation rates are subject to Green Tax.
• All rates are per room per night on Premium All-Inclusive basis unless and otherwise mentioned.
• The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
• Check-in 1400 hrs, check-out 1200 hrs.
MINIMUM STAY PERIODS
• Minimum 2 night stays required in Beach Suite with Pool and Two Bedroom Dhigali Suite.
TRANSFERS
Seaplane transfer
• 45 minute seaplane flight
• Seaplane transfers to the Resort is available only during daylight hours
• For international flight arrivals, seaplane transfers will only be arranged for flights arriving between 06:00hrs – 15:00hrs
• For international flight departures, seaplane transfers will only be arranged for flights departing between 09:00hrs – 19:00hrs
• One way seaplane transfer will only be accepted on a space availability basis
Domestic Transfer
• 25-minute domestic flight + 45-minute speedboat tranfer from Dharavandhoo Airport or Ifuru Airport.
• Domestic transfers are available during day / night, subject to the flight operator’s scheduled timetable.
• Domestic transfer rate includes domestic air transfer on wheel plane and speed boat transfer between the resort & domestic airport (Dharavandhoo airport or Ifuru Airport).
Cancellation & No-Show Policy :
Throughout the contract period:
Within 26 days to 216 hrs prior to arrival: 25% of total cost for the stay will be charged
Less than 216 hrs / no- shows: 100% of total cost for the stay will be charged
CHILD STAY FREE OFFER
Valid from 01-Apr-2022/23 to 31-Oct-2022/23
- Complimentary accommodation up to 2 children age 2-11.99 yrs when sharing with at least 2 paying adults on Premium All-Inclusive basis.
- Applicable for all rooms except Beach Bungalow
- No minimum stay required for the offer to apply & combinable with all offers unless and otherwise mentioned.
The following compulsory supplements needs to be paid:-
- Green Tax of USD 6.00 or any other applicable tax will be invoiced to the Contract Partner per child per day.
- Compulsory combined Seaplane / Domestic airport transfer per child per stay will be invoiced to the Contract Partner.
