Property's guest policies
REMARKS & INCLUSIONS
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.
The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.
All rates are per room per night and inclusive of daily buffet breakfast.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is 14.00 hours and Check out time is 12.00 hours.
Early occupancy of rooms before indicated time is on request basis.
Late check-out until 1800 hours is charged at 50% of the nightly villa rate and after 1800 hours a full night charges will be applied.
Deluxe All Inclusive package is over at standard check out time, everything consumed and facilities used after this time will be charged normally.
Upon arrival all guests must present an original voucher as method of payment, The voucher has to mention cleary the details of the reservation (dates, room type, transfers, etc.)
Should the guest not present his/her voucher upon check in due to the personal or other parties negligence, the Resort has the right to charge the client directly at the Best Available Rate.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW
Any cancellation or amendment made from 14 days to 4 days before the arrival, 2 nights of the reserved villa contract rates will be charged.
Any cancellation or amendment made within the 3 days prior to the arrival and no show, 100% of the reserved villa charges for the whole period (total stay) will be charged including the transfer charges.
