REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

• Accommodation & Meal Plan Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per night.

• The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.

• The above rates are on Bed & Breakfast basis.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

1. Check-in time is 14:00hrs (island time = Male time + 1hr). Where possible, early morning arrivals may be able to check in prior to 2pm (14:00hrs) and this is subject to availability. In order to guarantee early check-in, please book the villa one night prior to actual check-in date.
2. Check-out time is 12:00 noon (island time) on the departure date. Late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at the time of the departure, and will be chargeable. A complimentary late check-out will be subject to availability and at the resorts discretion.
3. In order to guarantee late check-out in advance, please book additional night.

MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

• Guests staying between 15 December 2022 and 10 January 2023 (inclusive) must stay a minimum of 7 nights

TRANSFERS

1. All rates are inclusive of 12% Government Service Tax and 10% Service Charge.
2. Seaplane and domestic flight rates are subject to increase if fuel surcharge or any other new tax is imposed.
3. The resort reserve the right to increase the transfer prices in the event if any price increase from the service provider
4. Baggage allowance is 20kg suitcase and 5kg hand luggage
5. Maximum above stated guests strictly depend on luggage quantity and weight
6. Excess baggage is chargeable at USD 5.00 per kg, payable at the airport
7. International flights must be provided 4 days prior to arrival
8. In a rare event that the seaplane reaches full weight limit due to excess luggage or other reasons, guest luggage may come on a later flight and as such, we recommended that guests pack their hand luggage with essentials including a casual tropical attire, swimwear, etc. to be comfortable until their luggage arrives
9. Arrival transfer to the resort will occur up to 3 hours after arrival to our VIP lounge
10. Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours prior to scheduled international flight departure
11. Seaplane operates during daylight hours only. We are able to arrange seaplane transfer for guests with international flights landing at the Velana International Airport before 15:00pm local time. For guests arriving on international flights after 15:00pm, they may choose to either take a domestic flight to Hanimaadhoo airport or stay overnight in nearby Male hotels at their own cost
12. Guests arriving at Velana International Airport after 3:00pm will have the option to book Domestic flight or will require overnight accommodation close by the airport to be transferred to the resort the following morning
13. Schedule of seaplane transfers will be communicated to the guests the night prior to departure from the resort
14. No Show guests will be charged the full transfer amount
15. Seaplane transfers are subject to availability and may be cancelled due to weather conditions or maintenance needs. In this case, guests may be transferred via Domestic flight
16. Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi is not held responsible for any delays or cancellations due to the local seaplane carrier
17. Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi reserves all the right to adjust seaplane transfer based on the fluctuation of fuel prices.
18. Cancellation of seaplane transfers on the day of arrival (other than for airline changes outside of the guest’s control) or in the event of a no-show will incur 100% cancellation fee.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Infants ages 0-1.99 years stay, eat and play for free

• Up to 2 children (0 – 11.99yrs) stay for free on the same board basis as parents when sharing the same room in Luxury Tented Jungle Villa, Deluxe Beach Sunrise Villa, Deluxe Beach Sunset Villa and Grand Water Sunset Villa, Two bedrooms and Three bedroom villas from the children’s menu ONLY

• Up to 1 child (0 – 11.99 years) stay for free on the same board basis as parents when sharing the same room in Beach Sunrise Villa, Beach Sunset Villa and Water Sunrise Villa from the children’s menu ONLY
