- The above rates are quoted in USD, per villa, per night, inclusive of daily buffet breakfast.
- Rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to change. In the event of changes to government taxes (+/-), rates will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any changes and will apply to new bookings only.
- All rates committed to you are confidential, and should not be published at any time or disclosed to any third party for any reason or purpose.
- Rates are quoted based on double occupancy, except for the Two-bedroom villas, which are priced for 4 adults.
- Minimum length of 5 nights stay is required for all bookings made in all Two-bedroom villa categories during the Easter period from 01 – 12 April 2023.
- Minimum length of 7 nights stay is required for all bookings made in all One-bedroom villa categories during the Festive season from 28 December 2023 – 01 January 2024.
- Minimum length of 7 nights stay is required for all bookings made in all Two-bedroom villa categories during the Festive season from 28 December 2023 – 06 January 2024.
- Checkout is not permitted on 31 December 2023.
