Conditions Applicable

a) Above rates shown in the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement are excluding Green Tax and US $ 6 per person per night is chargeable (applicable for infants, children and adults). It will be added to the final invoice.

b) Room rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of Service Charge & 12% Government tax and are non-commissionable.

Special conditions – Sea Plane Transfers

Due to act of God if there is a situation where the clients cannot be transferred to or from the Resort, the Resort or the Air Taxi will not be liable, hence the guests will have to be accommodated in Male’ or the Resort. There will be no cost involved in the re location of the Guest on arrival in Male’. However, if similar situation arise on departure, the tour operator will bear the cost for the extension of stay on the basis booked.

There will be a waiting time of up to two hours for sea plane transfers. During this time clients will be accommodated at the Adaaran lounge.

Depending on the sea plane space availability and in accordance with the civil aviation authority of Maldives, luggage is subjected to be transferred by speed boat which will reach the resort on the same day.

Check-in and Checkout times

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs on the date of arrival while the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the date of departure.

Early check-in from 08:00hrs will be provided free of charge, subject to availability of rooms at the time of arrival.

Late check-out from 12:00 – to last departure could be offered dependent on availability and could be confirmed at the resort during the guest stay. Charges would be as mentioned below:

1. Until 15.00 hrs 30% of 01 days charge
2. From 15.00 hrs to last departure dependent on the seaplane schedule 50% of 01 days charge

Cancellations & No-shows Policy:

Individual Bookings

1. Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
2. Cancellations within 13 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival 50% of the total will be charged.
3. Cancellation within 7 days and below to the date of arrival, No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.

Group Bookings (10 rooms and above)

1. Cancellation fee will not be charged if group booking is cancelled 60 days prior to the date of arrival and any
2. refundable payments made would be released.
3. Cancellations within 59 to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, will be charged 25% of the full group payment.
4. Cancellations within 29 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, will be charged 50% of the full group payment.
5. Cancellations within 14 days and below, No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for
6. the total stay on the basis booked.
7. If any other terms and conditions had been discussed at the time of the booking these should be adhered
8. accordingly.
