Property's guest policies
Conditions Applicable:
a) Above rates shown in the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement are excluding Green Tax and US $ 6 per person per night is chargeable (applicable for infants, children and adults). It will be added to the final invoice.
b) Room rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of Service Charge & 12% Government tax and are non-commissionable.
TRANSFERS:
Airline transfers include the baggage allowance of 20 kg per passenger and hand luggage of 5 kg per passenger. Excess baggage will be charged at USD 5 per kg and is subject to space availability and terms & conditions of the Air Carrier.
Airport Transfers:
Domestic Flight Duration: 25 minutes + 5 minutes Speed Boat ride to the resort.
Sea Plane Duration: 35 minutes.
Our airport representative will welcome your clients upon arrival at the arrival exit area holding a KIHAA Maldives sign board and will assist with the transfer through domestic flight terminal. We provide domestic flight transfers through a third-party service provider.
Air transfer will be arranged within 3 hours from the arrival of international flight. Delays/cancellations of domestic or international flight due to adverse weather, force majeure, etc. are not in the responsibility of Kihaa Maldives.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations within 50 days of arrival: 100% of total stay 50% of total stay
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: 100% of total stay
Cancellations within 21 days of arrival: 50% of total stay 50% of total stay
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: 100% of total stay 100% of total stay
No-shows and early departures will be charged with a 100% cancellation fee in any season with both ways transfer charges.
