Property's guest policies
Round trip transfers between the international airport and the resort will be arranged by Resort on guest’s behalf.
• All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation by the Resort unless a firm room allotment or “Free Sale” has been agreed and confirmed in writing by the Resort. The Company shall not confirm any reservations made to its customers until the written confirmation is received from the Resort
• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Guaranteed Early Check-In is available by booking an additional night prior to arrival.
• Guaranteed Late Check-out:
12:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs: 50% of the contracted rate if paid by Company or of the published rate if paid directly by guest
After 18:00 hrs: 100% of the contracted rate if paid by Company or of the published rate if paid directly by guest.
• Guest departing before their booked check-out date will not be eligible for rebate of unused nights, regardless of the reason for the early departure.
• In the case that the Resort has sufficient reason to believe that a potential double booking may occur due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via another source, the Resort may reject any new booking requests with same booking details until the existing booking is cancelled.
Turn Away Policy
In the unlikely event that the Resort must turn away a guest with a confirmed and complete reservation, the Resort will be responsible to arrange accommodation for the guest in the next best available alternative accommodation.
Free Sale
The Resort reserves the right to close “Free Sale” (“Sell & Report”) subject to 48 hours advance notice. The Resort shall be absolved of any liabilities for reservation inquiries received 48 hours after the STOP SALE notice has been sent. Please ensure that all bookings for categories under “Free Sale” are sent to the Resort reservations immediately to ensure room confirmation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
The Resort shall receive all cancellation request in writing only and charge the cancellation fees based on the total invoice value for the cancelled booking as per below policy, unless the Resort has made a specific comment in writing about the cancellation of the reservation. Any No-Show on a prebooked reservations will be subject to a No-Show penalty equal to the full cost of stay.
Festive Season
Cancellation 30 days prior arrival = 50%
Cancellation before 15 days = 100%
High Season
Cancellation 15 days prior arrival = 50%
Cancellation before 3 days = 100%
