REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

1. Rates are applicable to ALL markets except the Maldives, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Germany. From 31st May 2022 till 05th January 2023
2. Rates are exclusive of 12% GST, 10% Service Charge & USD 06 Green Tax.
3. All rates are non-commissionable and quoted in USD per person per night, on Full Board basis, including breakfast, lunch and dinner at one of the main restaurants. A restaurant is allocated to the guests based on villa category booked.
4. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for all arrivals and departures over the period 28 Dec to 2 Jan inclusive.
5. Only one meal plan must be chosen per room per stay. Minimum 4 nights is required for bookings on Select All Inclusive bookings and minimum 3 nights is required for Basic All Inclusive bookings.
6. Infant cots are provided free of charge and must be booked at the time of reservation. No room rates apply for infants (less than 2 years old), however, the Green Tax will apply
7. Twin Beds are not available. If requested, extra beds can be arranged subject to availability.
8. Guests under 18 of age are not recommended in over water room categories. In case a guest under 18 is accommodated, parents/guardian must take full responsibility and must sign a disclaimer form provided to them at time of check-in.
9. Child accommodation rates are applicable only when sharing room with minimum 2 adult rate paying guests.
10. Check-in is at 14:00hrs and Check-out is at 12:00hrs.
11. Early check-in can only be guaranteed where an additional room night has been booked one night prior to arrival date. Late Check-out can be booked subject to availability at the resort and can be booked a day prior to clients’ departure

MEAL PLAN INCLUSIONS

Full Board Meal Plan (FB) includes

1. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Haruge, Malaafaiy, or Farivalhu restaurant. A restaurant is allocated to the guests depending on villa category booked. 20% discount from selected à la carte restaurants during dinner service when reservations are made 24 hours in advance

Basic All Inclusive Package (BI) includes: (minimum 3 nights required)

1. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Haruge, Malaafaiy, or Farivalhu restaurant. A restaurant will be allocated to the guests depending on the villa category booked. 2. All soft drinks, canned juices, imported liquors (except premium brands), over 50 alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, 3 different house wines, bottled house mineral water and draft beer in all restaurants and bars (menu featured).
3. Soft drinks and mineral water from in room minibar.
4. High Tea 15:00 to 17:00 hrs daily at the Island Coffee Shop, Dhoni Bar or Farivalhu restaurant. An assortment of snacks and local delicacies with tea and coffee are available.
5. Snorkeling equipment, windsurf (excluding safety check and tuition fees).
6. 1 Visit to Rasdhoo, neighbouring local island and 1 Sunset Cruise per person per stay.

Select All Inclusive Package (SI) additionally includes: (minimum 4 nights required)

1. A main restaurant is allocated based on villa category, though guests are welcome to use any of the restaurants for any of their meals. Prior reservations will be required when dining in any restaurant other than the allocated main restaurant.
2. A selection of bottled wines from different wine producing countries (available at restaurants with meals only). Premium Dishes such as lobster, Private Dining Experiences and Villa Dining are NOT included.

SEAPLANE TRANSFERS

1) Seaplane transfers will be arranged by the Resort where the Contract Partner must book all seaplane transfers through the Resort.

2) Baggage allowance for seaplane is 20kg and 5kg hand luggage per person. Exceess baggage is subject to availability at time of check-in to the seaplane and at extra charge.

3) Travel details must be received by the Resort 7 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee a transfer.

4) Seaplane transfer to the Resort is available on only during daylight hours (06:00hrs to 16:00hrs).

5) Guests arriving after that will require an overnight stay before they can be transferred to the island the next morning.

6) Seaplane from the Resort to the airport (on departure) can only connect with international flights departing from 09:00hrs onwards.

7) Booking accommodation for the first night in such cases is at the discretion of the Contract Partner.

8) Last seaplane transfer from the Resort is during late afternoon. Guests departing on evening or late night flights will need to take this transfer back to the airport.
