Conditions Applicable
a) Above rates shown in the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement are excluding Green Tax and US $ 6 per person per night is chargeable (applicable for infants, children and adults). It will be added to the final invoice.
b) Room rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of Service Charge & 12% Government tax and are non-commissionable.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:
Throughout the contract period except: 23-Dec to 10-Jan
- Within 15 to 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Within 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Within 24hrs to 6 days prior to arrival: 75% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Less than 24hrs and No Shows: full cost for the stay will be charged
From 23-Dec to 10-Jan
- Less than 29 Days from the date of arrival: Full cost for the stay will be charged.
Throughout the contract period
- Early check out: Full cost as per the original reservation will be charged.
