Property's guest policies
Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% T-GST, but exclusive of Green Tax (US$ 6 per person per night). The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Contracting Partner will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.
MINIMUM STAY PERIODS
Minimum length of stay for the Peak Season period Four (4) consecutive nights per booking. No check out allowed on 31st December
CHILDREN POLICY
- Accommodation free of charge for maximum two children under 13.99 years of age sharing the same room with parents and utilizing existing bedding
- Guaranteed extra bed chargeable at USD 100 per night under the age of USD 13.99 years at he time of checkin
- Free meals for children under 13.99 years of age when dining with parents as per the meal plan booked by parents
- No children allowed in overwater categories, unless parents sign a waiver form

Cancellation received 15 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total room charge
Cancellation received 14 – 00 days prior to date of arrival: 100% of total room charge
