We had an amazing time at Niyama surrounded by the beautiful turquoise waters and white sand beaches. The staff were so kind and nice it just made the experience a whole lot better. We had the most relaxing time there. Would definitely go back.

Accommodation Rate Definition
• Above rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on the standard occupancy per night per room with daily breakfast.
• All rates are net exclusive of 12% TGST, 10% Service Charge and Green tax based on the standard occupancy.
• All villas are on free sale except for Deluxe Beach Villa, Deluxe Family Beach Pool Villa, Pavilions and The Crescent which are all on request basis.

TRANSFERS
SEAPLANE
• The direct journey is approximately 45 minutes each way. One stopover might occur, and guest will be advised prior to take off.
• Guests will have access to the Niyama Lounge with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages & snacks (opening hours 6.30 am to 8.30 pm).
• Excess baggage is chargeable at USD 5.60 per kg, payable directly to the airline at the airport.
• Transfers by seaplane are available during daylight hours only. Guests arriving at Male airport after 3:15 pm shall be advised to book a domestic flight or arrange overnight accommodation and will be transferred to the resort the following morning.
DOMESTIC FLIGHT
• The journey is approximately 30 minutes per way + 5 minutes by speedboat.
• Price is inclusive of complimentary return speedboat transfer between Dhaalu Domestic Airport and the resort.
• Excess baggage is chargeable at USD 5.60 per kg, payable directly to the airline at the airport.
INFORMATION
• International flight details must be provided 5 days prior to arrival for High, Low & Shoulder Season. For Peak Season, international flight details must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
• Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled international flight departure, with the last seaplane departing from the island at 3:00pm.
• Domestic & Seaplane transfers are managed by a third-party company thus it will be subject to availability and may be cancelled due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In this case, arrangements will be done for the guest on the next best available flight.
• Schedule of domestic flights can be communicated a week prior to arrival, while for seaplane transfers it will be communicated to the guest the day prior to their arrival/departure from the resort.
• Niyama Private Islands Maldives is not accountable for any delays or cancellations due to the local domestic flight carrier or seaplane operator.
• 100% fees will be applicable in case of no show or cancellation.
• Rate is subject to change without prior notice as per the service provider.

Infant (Age 0 to 1.99 years) only green tax of US$ 6 per night chargeable which includes:
• Stay for free. Baby-cot available upon on request and required to be booked in advance.
• Complimentary meals on infant menu at all outlets.
• Complimentary return Seaplane or Domestic transfer.
Child (Age 2 years to 11.99 years). USD 55 charge per child per night when travelling with parents in the same room. Rate includes:
• Accommodation with service charge, TGST and green tax as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner on kids’ menu in all restaurants.
• Kids Club access for three age groups (Adventurers, Voyagers & Pioneers) from 9am - 12:30pm and 2:30pm -6pm. Tailor made activities (explore marine life, Master Chef classes etc.).
• Access to professional and fully qualified child carers recruited and trained by Scott Dunn, supported by a trained local team. Complimentary bikes.
• Offers are not applicable on child fee.
Third Adult (Age 12 years and above). USD 250 charge is applicable per person per night rate includes:
