MINIMUM STAY: 4 nights and above with compliments
MEAL PLAN: The ‘Serenity Plan™’ does not include in-villa dining. Services included within the ‘Serenity Plan™’ are non-refundable, if not utilized or a service could not be delivered due to weather conditions. The resort reserves the right to make amendment of the ‘Serenity Plan™’ during the contracting season.
Resort check-in time is at 2PM and check-out time is at 12NOON. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure at an additional cost. The ‘Serenity Plan™’ privileges, will stop at 11:00HRS on CHECKOUT day
Cancellation:
The Tour Operator shall notify the Resort in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice period, stated below. In the event of late notification, a cancellation charge, stated below, shall apply. The Tour Operator shall be responsible for full payment equivalent to the full length of stay for all no-shows and under stays.

- Within 19 days of arrival date - 50% cost of booked stay
- Within 12 days of arrival date OR NO SHOW - 100% cost of booked stay
- 20 December 2021/22 to 08 January 2022/23 -
- Within 35 days of arrival date OR NO SHOW - 100% cost of booked stay
