Price Policy

1. Rates are quoted in USD on Half Board, Exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% T-GST. Green Tax at USD 6 per person per night will be invoiced separately.
2. Room rates are quoted per room per night, for the number of persons specified in the “Standard Pax” column.
3. Infants below 2 years FOC (green tax payable). A complimentary Baby Cot will be provided for infants.

SUPPLEMENTS

1. All supplements are chargeable on top of basic room rates, and are quoted in USD Exclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years FOC.

TRANSFERS

1. All transfer rates are quoted in USD inclusive of 10% service charge prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years FOC.
2. The Resort will exclusively arrange all transfers between Resort Airport (Airport Resort Airport) at the following rates
3. Final arrival and departure flight details should be provided t Resort 72 hours before arrival.
4. All transfers to the Resort will be by domestic flight (between V International Airport and Dhavarandhoo Airport), followed by 10 minute ride to/from the Resort.
5. Checked in baggage allowance of 25 kg and hand luggage allowances 5kg is entitled per person. Excess baggage to be borne by clients a be settled at the Airline counter at the rate of US$2 per KG plus tax
6. Air transfer rates and excess baggage charges are subject to change upon revision by the carrier.

COMPLIMENTARY OFFERINGS

1. Meet and Greet service on arrival at the airport.
2. Welcome refreshments on arrival to the Resort.
3. A bottle of drinking water per person per day placed in the room.
4. Free drinking water at mealtimes served by glass.
5. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room (1 set per day).
6. Free WiFi in all rooms.
7. Gymnasium (excluding personal trainer).
8. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors); Badminton, Snooker/ Billiards, Table Tennis, Dart, Beach Volleyball, Squash, Daylight Tennis, Basketball.
9. HONEYMOONERS: A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Fruit Basket for Honeymooners (for marriages within the last 12 months of arrival date).
10. WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES: A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Cake for wedding anniversaries celebrated at Resort.
11. BIRTHDAYS: A Birthday Cake and a bottle of wine for Birthdays celebrated at the resort
12. All Honeymoon and Wedding Anniversary requests shall include marriage certificates, and are required to be notified at the time of booking or specified in the service voucher.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES

Cancellation of individual bookings, no-shows, and early departures (based on the booked meal plan) will be charged as follows.

1. 26 days before arrival - No Charges
2. Within 26 days to arrival - 50% Chargeable
3. Arrival Day, No Shows & Early Departures - 100% Chargeable

1. No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.
2. Cancellations made on arrival date will be considered as no-shows.
3. Shifting of booking date and change of names after the release period will be considered as a cancellation.
4. For resort changes within the Villa group, cancellation and early departure charges will be waived off.
