RATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS (2022-2023 & 2023-2024)

• The currency for all prices, rates, and charges stated in this letter are in US Dollars.

• All rates are per room per night and inclusive of daily international gourmet breakfast with live stations and a la carte signature dishes.

• Rates are based on single and double occupancy except for the Two Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa, Two Bedroom Over Water Pool Residence and Two Bedroom Beach Pool Residence which are based on 4 adults, Three Bedroom Beach Pool Residence based on 6 adults and Four Bedroom Beach Pool Residence which is priced for 8 adults.

• All rates are net inclusive of 12% GST, 10% Service Charge and USD 6 per person per night Green Tax for 2 persons when staying in Beach Pool Villa, Sunset Beach Pool Villa, Over Water Pool Villa and Sunset Over Water Pool Villa and for 4 persons when staying in a One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa, Two Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa, Two Bedroom Over Water Pool Residence and Two Bedroom Beach Pool Residence, for 6 persons when staying in a Three Bedroom Beach Pool Residence and for 8 persons when staying in a Four Bedroom Beach Pool Residence.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-In time is 2:00 pm local time. Check-Out time is 12:00 pm local time.

• On-Request Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to availability. Guaranteed Early Check-In/Late Check-Out prior to guest arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate.

• No check-out allowed on 31 December 2022/2023

CHILD AND SHARING POLICY

• Each Villa has 1 additional sofa bed in each bedroom. (Third adult or child sharing)

• Maximum of extra 1 rollaway bed is permitted for all room types. (Fourth person child sharing)

• Maximum of 2 children aged up to 11.99 years old may share a room with 1 or 2 adults free of charge, utilising existing room bedding or an extra rollaway except in One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa 3 children aged up to 11.99 years old may share villa.

• Baby cot is complimentary.

• Infant: 0 – 1.99 years (inclusive) complimentary stay.

• Child: 2 – 11.99 years (inclusive) complimentary stay.

• Third Adult: USD 300 net per night including Breakfast from 11 January – 23 December 2022.

• If a disclaimer is signed upon arrival children can be accommodated in Over Water Villas.

TRANSFERS

Seaplanes operate only during daylight hours in accordance with a fixed departure schedule and is subject to weather conditions. A domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport followed by a speedboat transfer, will be arranged at the same rate, if the seaplane transfer is not possible due to guest arrival time.

• All rates are inclusive of 12% Government Service Tax and 10% Service Charge.

• Baggage allowance is 30kg suitcase and 5kg hand luggage.

• ** Maximum above stated guests strictly depend on luggage quantity and weight.

• Excess baggage is chargeable at USD 5.00 per kg, payable at the airport.

• International flights must be provided 4 days prior to arrival.

• Arrival transfer to the resort will occur up to 3 hours after arrival to our VIP lounge.

• Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours prior to scheduled international flight departure.

• Seaplane transfers are available during daylight hours only.

• Schedule of seaplane transfers and domestic transfer timings are as follows

• Guests arriving at Velana International Airport after 4pm will have the option to book Domestic flight or will require overnight accommodation near to the airport for their transfer to the resort the following morning.

• For guest convenience, we advise to book the Anantara in South Male.

• Schedule of seaplane transfers will be communicated to the guests the night prior to departure from the resort.

• No-show guests will be charged the full transfer amount.

• Seaplane transfers are subject to availability and may be cancelled due to weather conditions or maintenance needs. In this case, guests may be transferred via Domestic flight.

• Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas will not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations due to decisions taken by the local seaplane carrier.

• Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas reserves the full right to adjust seaplane transfer rate based on the fluctuation of fuel prices.

• Cancellation of seaplane transfers on the day of arrival (with the exception of airline changes outside of the guest’s control) or in the event of a no-show, will incur 100% cancellation fee.

Beach Pool Villas, Sunset Beach Pool Villas, Over Water Pool Villas & Sunset Over Water Pool Villas, One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa– all year except Peak Season

1. (No cancellation fees apply if notification received 19 days prior to arrival. 50% cancellation fees apply if notification is received 13-18 days prior to arrival and 100% cancellation if notification is received 5 -12 days or no show)
2. 100% of accommodation apply for 5-12 days or no show

Two Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villas & Residences - all year except Peak Season

1. No cancellation fees apply if notification received 27 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fees apply if notification is received 5-13 days prior to arrival or no show and 50% for 13-26 days
2. 100% of accommodation apply for 5-12 days or no show 50% of accommodation apply for 13-26 days.

Peak Season (All villa categories)

1. No cancellation fees apply if notification received 51 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fees apply if notification is received 5-50 days prior to arrival or no show
2. 100% of accommodation apply for 5-50 days or no show
