REMARKS & INCLUSIONS 

• The above rates are quoted in US Dollars ($), per room, per night, inclusive of daily breakfast. Rates are exclusive of 12% GST, 10% SC & USD 6 Per Person Green Tax. Rates are net, non-commissionable and subject to change. In the event of changes to government taxes (+/-), rates will be adjusted according to reflect any changes. Please note all rates committed to your Company are confidential and should not be published at any time or disclosed to a third party for any reason of purpose.

• All Inclusive Rate Plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and alcoholic drinks from 11am to 11pm.

• Rates are quoted based on single and double occupancy.

• Check out on 31 December is not allowed.

• The resort is ADULTS ONLY and minimum age of 18 years old is required for check in.

• Rates and Offers will be issued subject to a performance review 3 months from commencement date. Anantara Veli reserve the right to withdraw the agreement if the agent does not achieve a minimum of 25 room nights across the duration of the contract within the 3-month review period.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES 

• Check-In time is 2:00 pm local time. Check-Out time is 12:00 pm local time.

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate.

MINIMUM STAY PERIODS 

• A minimum of two (02) consecutive nights are required for all periods and all room types.

• A minimum of five (05) nights stay is required between 24 December to 08 January 2023 for all room types.

MEAL PLANS 

*Meal plan is not available on 24 Dec 2022 and 31 Dec 2022. All billing will be done as per consumption.

• Guests on Half Board and All Inclusive are welcome to dine at the following restaurants on a daily basis. 73 Degrees, Baan Huraa, Sea Fire Salt, Fushi Cafe and Aqua bar

• All Inclusive alcohol package available on selected drinks between 11am and 11pm

• Certain items are not included in the meal plans and will be chargeable as per supplement.

• Origami, Japanese specially restaurant on Anantara Veli and any special events are not included in the meal plan and are fully chargeable as per consumption or set menu.

• Half Board Meal plans are based on a three-course menu or buffet per person composed of starter, main, and dessert. Beverages except still water are not included and charged.

• Half Board Meal plan offer and All-Inclusive Meal Plan is not applicable to In-Villa Dining and Dining by Design.

• Half Board supplement applies when Meal Plan Offer is not available.

• Certain selected items which are not included in the meal plans will be clearly mentioned in the menu with the supplement price. COMPULSORY MEAL

Terms and Conditions

1. Honeymoon Offer is applicable provided that dates of travel fall within 12 months of the wedding date.
2. For Wedding Anniversary celebrants, the anniversary date must fall within stay dates.
3. A copy of the wedding certificate or wedding invitation in case the certificate is not yet available is requested when available and should be submitted to the hotel a minimum of 14 nights prior to arrival. If these documents are not provided the Resort has a right to decline additional 5% discount and will charge the standard room rate as outlined in the Rate & Market section of this agreement.
4. Offer subject to availability and stop sell
