a) Above rates shown in the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement are excluding Green Tax and US $ 6 per person per night is chargeable (applicable for infants, children and adults). It will be added to the final invoice.

30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of stay is retained
All villa categories; 90 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of stay is retained
90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of stay is retained
