REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

• Rates Applicable for Frequent Individual Traveler Business in ALL WORLDWIDE MARKETS (except UK/Australia/ New Zealand Market) (from 01 up to 09 rooms inclusive)

• Above rates are exclusive of Green Tax USD 6 per person per night and 12% GST & 10% Service Charges

• Club access is not included in room rates and extra bed rates and is subject to charge.

• The Hotel provides complimentary baby cots/cribs (subject to availability).

• This contract supersedes all previous agreements for all or some of the same period.

• Rates for Two Bedroom Beach Villa with private pool are based on 4 pax as per maximum occupancy, extra bed rates are applicable for 5th person onwards. Peak season conditions

MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

• 4 Night minimum length of stay is required for bookings during peak season.

Transfers

Remarks:

• Pricing is inclusive of tax and service charge.

• Round trip Seaplane transfers take approximately 25-minutes air transfer time per way, operated by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) only during daylight hours. International flight must arrive in the Maldives between 06:00 hrs. and 15:30 hrs.

• Round trip Domestic flights are operated between Velana International Airport and Villa Airport Maamigili available for guests who arrive before 22:30hrs. The flight will take approx. 20-minute followed by a 30-minute speedboat ride to the resort.

• Free luggage allowances up to 20 kg per passenger with hand carry up to 3 kg per passenger.

• Centara airport counter is No. 12 and located at the arrival zone at Velana International airport.

• International flight details must be sent to the resort 5 days prior to arrival.
