Property's guest policies
All rate quoted are based on All inclusive Meal Plan and include Maldives GST taxes(Currently at 12%) and $6 per person per night Green Tax. Centara Ras Fushi is an adult oriented resort and as such we do not accept children below the age of 12 years.
Transfers Information
Speed boat Transfer detail:
• Round trip Speedboat transfer services are available between Velana International Airport and Resort are just 15 minutes (approximate).
• Our Welcome ambassadors will be delighted to assist you with the transfers at Velana International Airport.
• Speed boat Transfer services are available 24 hours subject to tides, weather, and sea condition, Centara Hotels & Resort is not responsible for poor tides, weather, and sea conditions causing the journey impossible to operate at the schedule times (Cancelled/ delayed transfer services), and the charges will be non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
• Check-in time is 3 p.m., an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 3 p.m.
• Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at 50% of contracted room rate if check out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.
• Checking out prior to booked departure dates will incur a full charge of the remaining days of stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Valid for all periods, except Peak period:
• Cancellation within 30 days prior to dates of stay booked will be charged 25% from the total reservation amount
• Cancellation within 21 days prior to dates of stay booked will be charged 50% from the total reservation amount
• Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked will be charged 100% from the total reservation amount
• No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% from the total reservation amount
Cancelation during Peak period (25.12.20-05.01.21):
• Cancellation within 45 days prior to dates of stay booked will be charged 100% from the total reservation amount
• No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% from the total reservation amount
