REMARKS & INCLUSIONS (2021-2022 & 2022-2023)
• Rates are quoted in USD on Half Board, exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% T-GST. Green Tax at USD 6 per person per night will be invoiced separately.
• Room rates are quoted per room per night, for the number of persons specified in the “Std Pax” column.
• Infants below 2 years FOC (green tax payable). A complimentary Baby Cot will be provided for infants.
• Minimum Nights for Peak Season: 4 nights.
• Check-out restrictions: No check-out is allowed on 24th December, 31st December and 1st January.
SUPPLEMENTS
- All supplements are chargeable on top of basic room rates, and are quoted in USD exclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years FOC.
- Mandatory supplements for Christmas eve (24th December) and New Year's eve (31st December) gala dinners will be charged.
- Supplements for infants below 2 years are free of charge.
TRANSFERS
- All transfer rates are quoted in USD exclusive of 10% service charge prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years FOC.
- Final arrival and departure flight details should be provided t Resort 72 hours before arrival.
- All transfers to the Resort will be by domestic flight (between V International Airport and Maamigili Airport), followed by 5 minutes ride to/from the Resort.
- Checked in baggage allowance of 25 kg and hand luggage allowances 5kg is entitled per person. Excess baggage to be borne by clients a be settled at the Airline counter at the rate of US$2 per KG plus tax
- Air transfer rates and excess baggage charges are subject to change upon revision by the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES (2021-2022)
Within 26 days to arrival - 50% Chargeable
Arrival Day, No Shows & Early Departures - 100% Chargeable
- No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.
- Cancellation of individual bookings, no-shows, and early departures (based on the booked meal plan) will be charged as follows.
- Cancellations made on arrival date will be considered as no-shows.
- Shifting of booking date and change of names after the release period will be considered as a cancellation.
- For resort changes within the Villa group, cancellation and early departure charges will be waived off.
- For group booking cancellations, please refer to Group Bookings & Cancellations under Terms and Condition.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES (2022-2023)
35-20 days to arrival - 50% of total invoice value without Green Tax
19 days to arrival & no-shows - 100% of total invoice value without Green Tax
- The Resort will charge for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures based on the booked meal plan.
- Cancellations made on arrival date will be considered as noshows and chargeable at 100 percent.
- Unless otherwise agreed, changes to the booking dates or names are considered a cancellation.
- The cancellation and early departure charges will be waived off for split stays or moving within the group resorts.
Child Policy
- The child rates in this sheet are applicable depending on the child age at the time of arrival to the resort.
- Mandatory Green Tax for infants at US$ 6.00 per night to be charged directly from clients’ unless otherwise agreed.
