Escape to Sun Island Resort & Spa, the largest resort in the Maldives! Cruise along the stunning sapphire lagoons by jet-ski, canoe, windsurf or catamaran, or visit the incredible underwater marine life with your snorkel or take a dive trip. If you are looking for a little peace and quiet, it won’t take long to find a secluded cove for sunbathing or a spot of fishing and, for those who like their fish a little larger, game fishing tours are also popular. Back in the centre of the resort you will find a world-class spa to tempt you with traditional treatments, rest and relaxation alongside a number of shops and boutiques, tennis, gym and volleyball, and a gorgeous ocean front pool complete with swim up bar and a separate kids pool too. With 462 beach and water bungalows there is plenty going on to keep couple, groups of friends and families all entertained. With seven restaurants there is an excellent choice of cuisine from around the world ranging from island grown natural produce to Thai, Italian and Japanese. There are also 11 bars to choose from and, with evening shows and a disco, if you want to dance the night away before watching the stunning sunrise then this is the resort for you.
