REMARKS & INCLUSIONS
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.
• The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.
• All rates are per room per night and inclusive of daily buffet breakfast
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Guests arriving prior to 2:00 pm will be accommodated as villas become available. Guests’ luggage can be stored at our luggage room prior to check-in time.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Villas used from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contracted rate. Villas occupied beyond 6:00 pm will be charged at the full contract rate.
No check-out is permitted on 31 December 2021.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation notifications must be made either by contacting the Dusit Thani Maldives Reservation Office or via e-mail at [email protected]. Reservations cannot be considered cancelled until Company is in receipt of cancellation number.

Free cancelation for Seaplane and Domestic transfers applies 48 hours prior to arrival.
Any date and/or name change will be considered as a new reservation and the cancellation policy will be applicable as per the above table.
