Property's guest policies
REMARKS & INCLUSIONS
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.
The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.
All rates are per room per night and inclusive of daily buffet breakfast.
TRANSFER POLICY
Combined round-trip speedboat transfer
• Meet and greet service at the Malé International Airport
• Ticket re-confirmation service and porterage
• Departure assistance at the airport
Private speedboat transfers can be arranged at charter rates.
Check-in /Check-out
Guest check-in time is 2:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 (Noon). The Resort management on a case-by-case basis will assess requests for early arrival and/or late departure on the day of arrival and/or departure.
Cancellation policy:
a. 50% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received within:
I. 90 to 60 days before the expected date of arrival from December 21, 2020 to January 04, 2021 and December 21, 2021 to January 04, 2022
II. 30 to 15 days before the expected date of arrival from January 05 to May 06, 2021 and January 05 to March 31, 2022
III. 14 to 07 days before the expected date of arrival from May 07 to July 26 and August 26 to September 30, 2021
IV. 30 to 15 days before the expected date of arrival from July 27 to August 25 and October 01 to December 20, 2021
b. 100% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received within:
I. 59 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival from December 21, 2020 to January 04, 2021 and December 21, 2021 to January 04, 2022
II. 14 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival from January 05 to May 06, 2021 and January 05 to March 31, 2022
III. 06 to 01 day before the expected date of arrival from May 07 to July 26 and August 26 to September 30, 2021
IV. 14 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival from July 27 to August 25 and October 01 to December 20, 2021
c. NO SHOW - Non-arrivals are subject to the accommodation rate for the entire period.
