REMARKS & INCLUSIONS
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.
• The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.
• All rates are per room per night and inclusive of breakfast (BB basis)

TRANSFERS
AIRPORT SEAPLANE TRANSFERS
The resort uses seaplanes to transfer guests from Malé or Kuda Huraa to Landaa Giraavaru and return transfer. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only. Guests staying or arriving in Malé are invited to wait for the departure of the seaplane at the Four Seasons private lounge at the seaplane terminal. Typically, waiting time does not exceed two hours in our private lounge from time of check-in at the seaplane counter. Flight times are subject to weather conditions and schedules. Point to point transfers are provided to guests staying at Kuda Huraa.
Our transfer rates include:
• Meet and greet service at Malé International Airport
• Ticket re-confirmation of service and porterage
• Use of exclusive Four Seasons lounge at seaplane terminal
• Seaplane transportation Malé/Kuda Huraa-Landaa Giraavaru - and return transfer (approx 30 minutes)
• Baggage allowance of 20kg checked luggage and 3 kg carry-on luggage per person
• Bus transfers between terminals and departure assistance at Malé International Airport

• Due to their open design and proximity to water, the Resort strongly discourages guests with children below the age of 08 years from staying in water units. If the Company’s client insists on this type of accommodation, the Resort requires the signing of a liability release agreement.
