1. Rates are quoted in USD per room per night on a single or double occupancy basis except for the 2 Bedroom Beach Residence with Pool, Family Beach Villa and Sunset Family Beach Villa which is based on 4 guest occupancy.
2. All meal supplements and compulsory gala dinner charges are inclusive of applicable government taxes
3. All rates are on Full Board Plus basis (all-you-can eat buffets at the Soul Kitchen Restaurant inclusive of unlimited soft drinks, juice, water and tea/coffee)
4. Rates are applicable to ALL markets
5. All rates are exclusive of Service Charge and GST. All rates are exclusive of green tax (USD 6 Green Tax per person per night). All taxes may change subject to government policy and without prior notice and the resort reserves the right to make rate adjustments for these.

Meal Plan

Full Board Plus (FB+)

1. Guests are entitled to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Soul Kitchen
2. Unlimited soft drinks, juice, water, tea/coffee during mealtimes.
3. Guests opting to have their dinner in the a la carte restaurant will receive 20% discount on food. Reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

All Inclusive (AI)

1. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at SOUL KITCHEN - Main Restaurant
2. 03 course dinner at FLAMES - Specialty Grill from the special chef’s menu. (Reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment)
3. Communal brunch snack point at WINK - Main Bar from 10:00 – 11:00
4. Community Gathering Tea party at WINK - Main Bar from 16:00 – 17:00
5. Beverages – Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from a selected range of spirits, wine (by the glass), cocktails, mocktails, beer, juice and soft drinks at WINK - Main Bar from 10:00 –00:00, SOLIS - Pool Bar from 10:00 – 18:00 and at SOUL KITCHEN - Main Restaurant during lunch and dinner and at FLAMES - Specialty Grill during dinner
6. In-Villa Minibar - non-alcoholic beverages restocked once a day

Terms and Conditions

• Subject to minimum stay of 4 paid nights

• Cigarettes and Sheesha are not included

• The whole duration of stay should be on one meal supplement plan

• No compensation in cash or kind is offered for non-consumed items

• All Guests in the same room should be under same meal supplement plan

• Drinks and food items may not be shared with a person who has not opted for the AI package. Any drinks or food items, offered to a non-AI guest or non-resident/visitor, will be charged as per consumption • The AI package is for in-outlet by the glass consumption only and take-away orders or full bottle consumption from any restaurant or bar will be charged

• Package Inclusions for beverages are applicable between 10:00 - 00:00 daily and any beverages consumed after this period will be charged as per consumption

• Special weekly theme dinners and events are not included

Christmas Eve Dinner (24.December.2022) -

1. Guests on All Inclusive – USD 150 per person per stay
2. Children aged between 02 to 11.99 years will receive a 50% discount. Supplement is not applicable to children below 5.99 years of age.

New Year Eve Dinner (31.December.2022) -

1. Guests on All Inclusive – USD 300 per person per stay
2. Children aged between 02 to 11.99 years will receive a 50% discount. Supplement is not applicable to children below 5.99 years of age.

Cancellation Policy

11 January 2022 – 23 December 2022 :-

1. Less than 35 days prior to arrival date, 50% booked nights charge
2. Less than 19 days prior to arrival date, 100% booked nights charge

Honeymoon Offer (3 nights)

1. Fruit basket and bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival
2. 03 course romantic beachside dinner (once per stay)
3. Bed decoration (once per stay)
4. **Honeymoon offer is applicable within 12 months from the wedding date. A copy of wedding certificate must be provided at the time of booking

Honeymoon Offer (07 nights or more)

1. Fruit basket and bottle of wine upon arrival
2. 03 course romantic beachside dinner (once per stay)
3. 60 minutes massage for two persons (once per stay)
4. Bed decoration (once per stay)
5. **Honeymoon offer is applicable within 12 months from the wedding date. A copy of wedding certificate must be provided at the time of booking

Seaplane Transfer :-

Lounge Use (per person per time) - USD 35 per adult & USD 35 per child

• Seaplane transfer timings will be communicated at the time of reservation please ensure international flight arrivals and departures are communicated at the time of booking

• Private charter seaplane available on request

• Cancellation charges apply for seaplane transfers for any cancellation prior to 05 days of arrival.

• All transfers are handled by a 3rd party and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Excess baggage will be subject to airline applied charges.

• Transfer rates are quoted NET and inclusive of all applicable taxes
