Property's guest policies
Conditions Applicable:
a) Above rates shown in the main rate grid, special child rates and additional adult supplement are excluding Green Tax and US $ 6 per person per night is chargeable (applicable for infants, children and adults). It will be added to the final invoice.
b) Room rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of Service Charge & 12% Government tax and are non-commissionable.
TRANSFER DETAILS
Velana International Airport to Hotel: A 70 minutes’ flight from Velana International Airport to Gan International airport and then followed by a 10 minutes speed boat ride from Gan international airport.
On arrival at Velana International airport (Male airport) the clients will be met by our airport representatives, who will then escort the clients to the domestic terminal for their flight to Gan International Airport.
Domestic transfers are provided by an external company. Once booking is confirmed; the resort will automatically reserve seats for the clients in accordance with client’s International flight details.
Any guest name changes or modifications shall be informed 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. In the event of guest name change or modification received
less than 72 hours prior to guest arrival, US$40 per person will be charged.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT POLICY
Check-in time is 1400hrs on the arrival date. Access to villas prior to this time will be only offered depending on the availability of villas at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, please book the room one night prior to actual check-in date.
Check-out time is 1200hrs. on the departure date. Late check-out may be arranged by the resort, subject to availability of villas until the time of the departure. An additional charge may apply to be paid directly by the guest. In order to guarantee late check-out in advance, please book an additional night.
