Conditions Applicable:

1. Above are net & non-commissionable villa rates in US$ PER PERSON PER NIGHT for all villas on ‘Oblu Island Plan™’ basis exclusive of applicable T-GST, Service Charge & Green Tax of US$ 6.00 per person per night and inclusive of return airport transfer.
2. The villa rates and extra person supplement are INCLUSIVE OF SHARED RETURN SPEEDBOAT TRANSFER (50 minutes per way) Airport – Resort – Airport
3. There are no offers applicable. No Christmas / New Year Gala Dinner Supplement.
4. The rates are not valid for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan

MEAL PLAN:

The ‘Oblu Island Plan™’ does not include in-villa dining and mini bar (other than what is detailed in Oblu Island Plan™). Services included within the ‘Oblu Island Plan™’ are non-refundable, if not utilized or a service could not be delivered due to weather conditions. The resort reserves the right to make amendment of the ‘Oblu Island Plan™’ during the contracting season.

Resort check-in time is at 2PM and check-out time is at 12NOON. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure at an additional cost. The ‘Oblu Island Plan™’ privileges, will stop at 11:00HRS on CHECKOUT day.

HONEYMOON SERVICES

CODE - HM2

1. Eligible only for bookings with MINIMUM FOUR NIGHTS for the entire stay in a Water Villa with Pool category

ELIGIBILITY: within 1 YEAR from date of wedding with a COPY of certificate presented

VALIDITY: All year for villa categories Beach Villa, Deluxe Beach Villa, Water Villa with Pool

MINIMUM STAY: 4 nights and above with compliments

Cancellation: The Tour Operator shall notify the Resort in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice period, stated below. In the event of late notification, a cancellation charge, stated below, shall apply. The Tour Operator shall be responsible for full payment equivalent to the full length of stay for all no-shows and under stays

1. 01 November to 19 December 2022 and 09 January to 31 October 2023
2. Within 19 days of arrival date - 50% cost of booked stay
3. Within 12 days of arrival date OR NO SHOW - 100% cost of booked stay
4. 20 December 2022 to 08 January 2023
5. Within 35 days of arrival date OR NO SHOW - 100% cost of booked stay

BOOKING PERIOD: UNTIL 30th September 2022

STAY PERIOD: 15th June 2022 to 30th September 2022
