REMARKS & INCLUSIONS (2021-2022 & 2022-2023)

• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.

• Rates are quoted in USD on Half Board,

• Room rates are quoted per room per night, for the number of persons specified in the “Std Pax” column.

• Infants below 2 years FOC (green tax payable). A complimentary Baby Cot will be provided for infants.

• Minimum Nights for Peak Season: 4 nights ( 24.Dec.2022 To 10.Jan.2023)

• Check-out restrictions: No check-out is allowed on 24th December, 31st December and 1st January.

SUPPLEMENTS

1. All supplements are chargeable on top of basic room rates, and are quoted in USD exclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years FOC.
2. Board supplements are quoted per person per night basis. (Full Board & All-Inclusive)
3. Mandatory supplements for Christmas eve (24th December) and New Year's eve (31st December) gala dinners will be charged as below. Supplements for infants below 2 years are free of charge.

TRANSFERS

1. All transfer rates are quoted in USD inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years FOC.
2. The Resort will exclusively arrange all transfers between Resort and Airport (Airport Resort Airport) at the following rates.
3. Final arrival and departure flight details should be provided to the Resort 72 hours before arrival.
4. All transfers to the Resort will be arranged by Speedboat.
5. Above transfer rates quoted are applicable for guests joining with scheduled transfers.
6. Private transfer rates will be quoted separately upon request by Central Reservations

COMPLIMENTARY OFFERINGS

1. Meet and Greet service on arrival at the airport.
2. Welcome refreshments on arrival to the Resort.
3. A bottle of drinking water per person per day placed in the room.
4. Free drinking water at mealtimes served by glass.
5. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room (1 set per day).
6. Free WiFi in all rooms.
7. Gymnasium (excluding personal trainer).
8. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors); Badminton, Snooker/ Billiards, Table Tennis, Dart, Beach Volleyball, Squash, Daylight Tennis, Basketball.
9. HONEYMOONERS: A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Fruit Basket for Honeymooners (for marriages within the last 12 months of arrival date).
10. WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES: A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Cake for wedding anniversaries celebrated at Resort.
11. BIRTHDAYS: A Birthday Cake and a bottle of wine for Birthdays celebrated at the resort.
12. All Honeymoon and Wedding Anniversary requests shall include marriage certificates, and are required to be notified at the time of booking or specified in the service voucher.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES (2021-2022)

Cancellation of individual bookings, no-shows, and early departures (based on the booked meal plan) will be charged as follows.

1. No Charges - 26 days before arrival
2. 50% Chargeable - Within 26 days to arrival
3. 100% Chargeable - Arrival Day, No Shows & Early Departures

No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.

Cancellations made on arrival date will be considered as no-shows.

Shifting of booking date and change of names after the release period will be considered as a cancellation.

For resort changes within the Villa group, cancellation and early departure charges will be waived off.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES (2022-2023)

1. Cancellations Within 35-20 days to arrival - 50% of total invoice value without Green Tax
2. Cancellations Within 19 days to arrival & no-shows - 100% of total invoice value without Green Tax
3. The Resort will charge for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures based on the booked meal plan.
4. Cancellations made on arrival date will be considered as no-shows and chargeable at 100 percent.
5. Unless otherwise agreed, changes to the booking dates or names are considered a cancellation.
6. The cancellation and early departure charges will be waived off for split stays or moving within the group resorts.
