REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.

• The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.

• All rates are per room per night and inclusive of breakfast (BB basis)

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

1. Check-in time: 2:00 pm Vakkaru island time
2. Check-out time: 12:00 pm Vakkaru island time
3. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate.
4. No check out is allowed on 31 December 2022 and 1 January 2023.

MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

•  Mandatory minimum stay of 5 nights for below period:

1. Easter: 15 – 22 April 2022
2. Festive: 23 - 31 December 2022 and 1 - 10 January 2023
3. No check out is allowed on 31 December 2022 and 1 January 2023

MEAL PLANS

• Dinner option for Half Board and Full Board are applicable in the open and available restaurants including Amaany, Onu, Lagoon Bar or Isoletta, 3 courses per person as a maximum or buffet when available.

• Lunch options for Full Board are applicable in the open and available restaurants including Lagoon Bar or Isoletta.

• No beverages are included in Half Board and Full Board plans and charged on consumption.

TRANSFERS

1. All rates are inclusive of 12% GST and 10% Service charge.
2. Seaplane transfers are available during daylight hours only.
3. Baggage allowance is 20kg suitcase and 5kg hand luggage. Excess baggage is chargeable at US$ 5.00 per kg. payable at the airport.
4. International flight details are necessary to be provided 4 days prior to arrival.
5. Arrival transfer to the resort is within an estimated 2 hours after arrival to our VIP seaplane lounge.
6. Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled international flight departure.
7. Guests arriving at Male’ airport after 3.15pm will have the option to book a domestic flight. Alternatively, will require overnight accommodation close by the airport transferred to the resort the following morning.
8. Schedule of seaplane transfers will be communicated to the guest the night before departure from the resort.
9. Transfer Cancelation and No-Show Charges: Combined transfers on scheduled flights: If Cancelled within 48 hours prior to the departure time, 25% of applicable rate If Cancelled within 24 hours prior to the departure time, 50% of applicable rate
10. Private Charter flights:
11. 50% of the Charter rate will be charged as a cancellation fee if cancelled after confirmation. Changing the seaplane timing will be subject to availability.

MEAL PLAN OPTIONS

Non- Alcoholic Beverage Package :-

2. Child (11.99 years and below) - US$45

Premium Beverage Package :-

1. Adult (12 years and Above) - US$180
2. Child (11.99 years and below) - n/a

1. Dinner option for Half Board and Full Board are applicable in operating and available restaurants including Amaany, Onu, Lagoon Bar, Isoletta, Vakku, 3 courses per person or buffet when available. Additional supplement charges may apply for selected items which will be indicated on the menus.
2. The restaurant opening and closing are subject to a weekly schedule which will be presented upon arrival and reservations will be coordinated through Butler.
3. Lunch options for Full Board are applicable in the operating and available restaurants including Lagoon Bar or Isolett
4. Children 12 years and below will dine on the same meal plan as parents or from children's menu and buffet however if dining from a la carte 50% off adult pricing applies
5. Beverages are not included in Half Board and Full Board plans and chargeable on consumption
6. Beverage packages will be charged from the full stay duration from check-in to departure dates

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Low & Shoulder Seasons - 12 - 05 days: 100% of entire stay cancellation fee penalty
2. High & Festive Seasons -

- 50 - 35 days: 50% of entire stay cancellation fee penalty

- 34 - 05 days: 100% of entire stay cancellation fee penalty

1. No-Show & Early Departure - 100% from the entire stay and transfer

FAMILY OFFER

Free stay and meals for kids

1. Validity - 11 January 2022 To 22 December 2022
2. 5 nights minimum length of stay required.
3. Up to 2 children per room (as per villa capacity) aged 11.99 years and below
4. Children aged 11.99 years and below dine same meal plan as parents, if dining from a la carte 50% off adult pricing applies
5. Complimentary meals for kids are applicable in restaurants, excluding, In-Villa Dining, and beverages
6. Applicable to all room types - Contracted offers are combinable - Green tax is chargeable $6 per child, per day
