Property's guest policies
No Shows and Cancellation terms:
a) No Shows: The hotel will not offer any refunds for no shows. Full cancellation and one-way yacht transfer charge apply
b) Date changes and amendments to confirmed bookings will be considered as cancellation and are subject to cancellation charges as outlined in the deposit and cancellation policy.
POLICIES
a) The Hotel does not allow pets and all our villas are non-smoking
b) Hotel Cancellation Policy: The Hotel’s cancellation fee and cancellation policy applies in the case of a no show or cancellation by the guest. A one-way yacht transfer charge is applicable.
c) Hotel Child Policy: The Hotel’s child policy applies with regard to free accommodation and meals. Local fire safety restrictions govern total room occupancy.
Resort Drone Policy
The privacy and safety of our guests and visitors are our highest priority. Usage of unmanned aerial systems such as drones or
other mechanical devices that fly, hover or suspend above the ground on or within the airspace around and above the resort are strictly not permitted.
This includes drones used for filming or photographing, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within the resort perimeter extending to any devices launched or operated from the property, including any drones launched from private property or vessels outside of the resort’s boundaries.
Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of any drone equipment, and may subject violators to any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and / or physical or personal injuries or property damage.

Yacht Transfers
A shared return transfer on the resort’s yacht is US $600 subject to 23.2% tax and service charge per adult, Children aged 6 to 11.99 charged at US$300 subject to 23.2% tax and service charge with complimentary transfer for children below 5.99 for the year 2020 from Velana International Airport, Male. Transfers for the year 2021 are charged at US $650 per adult and US $325 for Children aged 6 to 11.99, subject to 23.2% tax and service charge with complimentary transfer for children below 5.99. Please note that waiting time before the transfer may vary from 30 to 60 minutes as the transfer is combined with other guests. Alternatively, a private transfer is available upon request — kindly contact reservations for the transfer charges. For privacy and safety reasons, the resort does not permit outside boats for transfers.
