Terms and Conditions:

Rates Exclude10 per cent service charge and prevailing government taxes green tax of US$6 per person per night.

1. Rates are inclusive of Bed and breakfast, based on two people in a one-bedroom accommodation, four people in a two-bedroom accommodation or eight people in a four-bedroom accommodation.
2. A fee of US$160 will be applied to extra persons from 12 years and above when sharing a room. Rates include breakfast only, 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes, and are subject to an additional Green Tax.

Minimum Stay:

There is a minimum stay of five nights during the period of December 23rd to January 05th

Meal Supplement :

1. Half Board = one 3-course lunch per person or one 3-course dinner per person, per day
2. Full Board = one 3-course lunch and one 3-course dinner per person, per day

Meals may be taken in Madi or Thila Restaurants and room service only.

Should the guests choose to dine at Tai Restaurant, an amount of US$112 nett will be credited per adult, and any consumption exceeding the credit limit will be charged as a supplement (published rates applicable).

A tray charge of US$10 nett per order will also apply for meals by room service.

Rates include 10 per cent service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Transfers:

COMO Maalifushi is located in the Thaa Atoll and is accessible by sea planes.

1. The seaplane transfers are carried out by Manta Air and the flight duration to the resort is 60 minutes.
2. COMO Maalifushi will assist in booking and coordinating the transfers from and to Male International Airport. Guests flight details must be submitted by the tour operator 7 days prior to arrival to [email protected]
3. Flight schedules are operated by Manta Air and could at times be subject to change due to operational requirements or weather conditions. It is not the responsibility of the resort if the flight operator delays or cancels flight due to one of the above reasons.
4. As per flight safety and security regulations the seaplane flights are only operated in day time hours. Late evening transfers are not available therefore it is necessary to advise the guests to make prior arrangements for overnight stay in sister property COMO Cocoa Island (additional roundtrip speedboat charges apply) or alternatively request a domestic flight transfer if available at time of guests scheduled arrival.
5. Seaplane departure time from the resort to Male International Airport will be advised one day prior to departure. Resort doesn’t guarantee last minute request for arrival or departure, neither direct transfer to and out from the resort without stopover in another resorts nearby.
6. In case of any international delays or “force majeure” where the seaplane cannot be connected to the island, the resort will endeavour to offer alternative transfer arrangements, for which guests cannot claim any refund
7. The standard permissible weight is 30kg, which includes 25 kg of checked in luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage per person. Supplement charge apply for overweight.

Check in/out

- Check in is after 2.00pm on day of arrival and check-out is by 12.00pm noon on the day of departure

Payment Terms and Cancellations

- Unless credit facilities have been approved, full payment must be received by the hotel a minimum of 14 days prior to guest arrival or the booking will be subject to cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.

- Bookings cancelled within 12 days of the date of arrival will incur cancellation charges equal to 100 per cent of the total booking.

- Cancellations must be received in writing by the hotel or its representative and confirmed by the hotel as received.

- Bookings made for Christmas and New Year period must be fully paid by latest October 31st, 2021 to confirm the reservation, and will be subject to the following cancellation conditions:

1. Cancellation made within 65 days of arrival, charges equal to 100 per cent of the entire stay will apply.

- Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be charged in full without any exception.
