Check-in/Check-out Policy
Dhigufaru is 1hrs ahead of Maldives Standard Time
•Check-in time is 1400hrs on the arrival date. Access to rooms prior to this time will be only offered depending on the availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, please book room one night prior to actual check-in date
•Check-out time is 1200hrs. On the departure date. Late check-out may be arranged by the Resort depending on the availability of rooms at the time of the departure, an additional charge may apply to be paid directly by the Guest. TRANSFERS
Transfers from Velana International Airport (Male’ International Airport) to and from the resort are available on both seaplane and domestic flight plus speedboat combination.
Transfer charges are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) per person per night.
Rates are subject to 10% Service Charges and 12% TGST Tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation notifications must be received in writing to the resort reservations office by email to: [email protected]
Clients who do not show up will be charged for the entire length of stay.
Clients who depart prior to foreseen departure are not entitled to any refund.
Cancellation of booking, No-shows and Early departures will be charged (total of the accommodation, meal plan and transfer price of the booking including taxes)
