REMARKS & INCLUSIONS

• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.

• Rates are valid for ALL MARKETS.

• The Government tax is subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice. The Guest will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.

• Rates are based on single/double occupancy in Fabulous Overwater Villa/Wonderful Beach Oasis Villa/Spectacular Overwater Villa. WOW Ocean Escape and Extreme WOW Ocean Escape are based on quadruple occupancy.

Half Board and Full Board are available in the following restaurants:

1. KITCHEN: The all-day dining venue features a unique and modern reinvention of the bistro, offering Pan Asian dishes with a focus on Southeast Asian cuisine.
2. FIRE: the restaurant offers a romantic & casual beach dining experience under the stars. Restaurants are open at Management’s discretion. Opening may vary according to seasonality.
3. WET: A pool bar with specialty cocktails, part poolside lounge gone gourmet with light main courses, wood-fired pizzas, delicious burgers and Asian dishes.
4. FISH: Overwater specialty restaurant featuring the ‘Ocean to Table’ cuisine with a strong focus on the freshness of the local catch prepared with a Southeast Asian flair.
5. NOTE: A supplement charge is applicable when dining at FISH restaurant.

Terms & Conditions

1. Rates are per person, per day and inclusive of taxes and service charges
2. Rate are NET and not commissionable.
3. Half Board is valid for 1 (one) daily 3-courses dinner at a la Carte Menu from all open outlets: KITCHEN & FIRE.

NOTE: A supplement charge is applicable when dinner dining at SIP & FISH restaurant.

1. Full Board is valid for 2 (two) daily 3-courses lunch and dinner at a la Carte Menu from all open outlets: KITCHEN & FIRE.

1. Half Board, Full Board and Kids Meals are NOT inclusive of beverages and bottled water
2. The PREMIUM FOOD items are NOT included in Half Board & Full Board meal plans and those details will be indicated on the menu.
3. Special THEMED EVENING EVENTS are NOT included and are subject to additional charges.
4. In-Retreat DINING is chargeable at retail price on the menu
5. No promotions (discount offer, early bird) are applicable to meals supplement.
6. Guest will NOT able to get refund for any unconsumed meals.

Transfer Remarks :-

1. Seaplane rates are inclusive of taxes and NOT commissionable.
2. Seaplane transfers takes approximately 25 minutes by a combined seaplane from Male International Airport operates only during daylight hours between 6:00am to 3:30pm. Latest Seaplane check-in time is 3.30pm.
3. Rates are valid from 9 January 2022 to 26 December 2022.Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Hotel requires guest flight details, passport name and gender information at least 5 days in advance in order to arrange seaplane transfer.
5. Baggage allowance for seaplane is restricted to 20kg Check-in Luggage + Hand Luggage 5 Kg per person. Seaplane Service provider will charge excess baggage $4 per Kg (subject to change). Transfer of excess baggage is subject to availability by the Service Provider and does not guarantee the excess baggage on the same flight as the passenger.
6. Actual seaplane schedule will be determined 1 day prior (after 6:00 p.m. Maldives local time) within 24 hours prior to arrival/departure by Seaplane Provider.
7. The waiting time at the seaplane terminal is subject to change based on airline operations and weather conditions.
8. The resort is not responsible for any supplementary charges incurred due to cancellation of seaplane transfer by the service provider (TMA).
9. In case international flight arrives at Velanaa International Airport after 3:30pm, guests can either stay overnight in Male or we can arrange a Speedboat Transfer.
